Spokes Nonprofit Symposium 2025

Lindsay Kijewski is a Partner at SeaChange Capital Partners, where she spearheads the firm’s collaboration grantmaking and field-building strategies. She directs the Nonprofit Repositioning Fund in Philadelphia, a pooled philanthropic effort that supports nonprofits in exploring mergers, shared services, and other forms of strategic collaboration. She also teaches nonprofit governance as an adjunct faculty member at UPenn’s School of Social Policy and Practice and serves on the School’s Committee on Race and Social Justice. She earned her MS in Nonprofit Leadership from Penn and a BA from UVA.
