Strategic Planning Retreat Facilitation
Need help developing your strategic plan? Spokes is here to support you with the following: Complete a visioning exercise, mission review and SWOT analysis. Define 2-4 strategic goals. Review process for writing objectives and your action plan. The strategic planning retreat is designed for an organization’s board and executive director. We can go to your board meetings, or host your group in our office. This is a confidential exercise, offered for one organization at a time.
Member Benefit: Receive a full day retreat including (3) three hours of preparation, (6-8) six to eight hours of facilitation, (1) one hour of travel time, (3) three hours of follow-up. This facilitation is a Members Only Benefit for $800 (typically $2,500 – $5,000).
