DEI for Board Members

This 60 minute class from March 5, 2024 was designed specifically for nonprofit board members who want to promote and enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). It covers topics such as understanding implicit bias, identifying social identity & privilege, and preventing microaggressions. In the live workshop, participants moved in and out of breakout rooms; breakout room discussions are not included in the video recording.
