Spokes Good Old-Fashioned Benefit Bash Ticket Giveaway

The following are the terms and conditions of the Spokes Benefits Bash event ticket giveaway. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

No purchase is necessary to win. Purchase does not enhance chance of winning.

Prize: Two complimentary general admission tickets to the Spokes Good Old-Fashioned Benefit Bash on Aug. 18. This is a $170 value.

Eligibility: Must be 21 and older to win. Employees of Spokes, or their immediate family members, are not eligible to win. Entry will be void where prohibited.

How to enter: Like and comment on the Spokes giveaway Facebook post stating who you will bring as your guest to the Spokes Good Old-Fashioned Benefits Bash (Aug 18, 2018) in Arroyo Grande, CA.

Selecting the winner: The winner will be selected at random no sooner than Aug. 3 and no later than Aug. 8, 2018.

Winner notification: The winner will be notified via Facebook either through the messenger app or as a reply to the comment. If the prize is not claimed by Aug. 12, winner forfeits the prize.

Limitations of Liability: By entering this contest with a comment, you waive and release any and all claims and rights against Spokes and you indemnify and hold Spokes harmless from all actions, costs, liabilities, losses or damages arising out of your entry, including those alleged or asserted by a third party to be authorized.
