It can be lonely at the top! Let a network of your peers help you feel more confident in your leadership role. This roundtable is designed to help nonprofit executive managers share the challenges they are facing within their organizations, brainstorm solutions with their peers, gain facilitation skills and build a connection with each other.
This peer group is offered only to Executive Directors / CEOs of Spokes member organizations. You must hold the top paid staff position in your organization and be working under the direction of an established board of directors to participate. It is our aim to foster stronger connections with one another and feel “safe” when sharing within the group.
