Strategic Planning Retreat Facilitation
Need help developing your strategic plan? Spokes is here to support you with the following: Complete a visioning exercise, mission review and SWOT analysis. Define 2-4 strategic goals. Review process for writing objectives and your action plan.
Member Benefit: Receive a full day retreat including (3) three hours of preparation, (6-8) six to eight hours of facilitation, (1) one hour of travel time, (3) three hours of follow-up. This facilitation is a Members Only Benefit for $800 (typically $2,500 – $5,000).
Bylaws aren’t just documents you create when you’re starting a nonprofit, they’re legal documents that dictate how your nonprofit is governed. They need to be properly written and regularly reviewed.
